I’m a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and Ohio license auctioneer since 2006. My background was in information technology, databases and internet applications. I love research, development and marketing. I have researched collaboration, website development and search engine optimization in detail.

The Cincinnati MLS has about 5000 members, their are about 3500 auctioneers in Ohio, and less the 100 real estate auctioneers in the surrounding area.  This is a great marketing niche whether you are licensed or part of a company that is licensed.
